Wigimaru (“Wigimaru,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) develops and publishes mobile games (collectively, the “Games”). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use our Games, why it may be processed, and what choices you may have.
You do not need to create an account or provide your name, email address, or other contact information to play our Games. Wigimaru does not directly collect or store personal information through registration forms, user profiles, or player accounts.
However, our Games integrate third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) for advertising, consent management, analytics, crash reporting, and technical functionality. These third-party services may automatically collect or process information such as:
Wigimaru does not use this information to determine your real-world identity.
Information processed through our Games may be used to:
Our Games display advertisements mediated through Unity LevelPlay. LevelPlay connects the Game with third-party advertising demand sources (such as Unity Ads). These advertising partners process device identifiers, IP addresses, and ad interaction metrics to deliver advertisements, prevent fraud, and limit ad repetition.
Where prior consent is required by regional laws (such as GDPR), personalized advertisements are not requested unless valid consent has been explicitly granted by the user via the consent window. The specific advertising partners available through LevelPlay mediation may change over time.
Where required by applicable law, the Game displays a privacy message provided through Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) before enabling advertising or other processing that requires consent. You can review or change your available consent choices at any time by opening the privacy settings button provided within the Game menu.
You may also limit personalized advertising tracking directly via your device settings (e.g., on Android via Settings > Privacy > Ads > Delete/Reset Advertising ID).
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand general usage patterns and improve our Games. Firebase Analytics may process information such as app sessions, device characteristics, app-instance identifiers, and gameplay events.
We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to identify crashes and technical bugs. Crashlytics processes technical diagnostic data, including device details, app state at the moment of failure, and stack traces. We do not transmit names, email addresses, or identifying user inputs to these services.
Our Games use the following third-party service providers, who process information according to their own privacy policies and terms:
| Service Provider / SDK | Primary Purpose |
|---|---|
| Unity LevelPlay | Advertising mediation and ad supply management |
| Unity Ads | Advertisement delivery network |
| Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) | Privacy messaging and consent management |
| Firebase Analytics (Google) | Usage analytics and performance metrics |
| Firebase Crashlytics (Google) | Automated crash reporting and technical diagnostics |
| Google Play Services | Platform features and core technical Android functionality |
| Unity Technologies | Game-engine operation and runtime technical functionality |

Information may be shared with or processed by the third-party advertising, analytics, and operational vendors listed above. Wigimaru does not sell or share names, email addresses, or other information that directly identifies individual players. Some privacy laws (like CCPA/CPRA) use broad definitions of “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising that may encompass the automated transmission of advertising identifiers. Where applicable, the Game provides the opt-out mechanism required by law.
Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or a valid request from a public authority, or transferred in connection with a sale, merger, restructuring, or transfer of a Game or Wigimaru’s business.
Wigimaru does not maintain player accounts or a central database of individual players. Information processed by third-party SDKs is retained according to those providers’ privacy policies and retention practices.
Users may remove locally stored game data by clearing the Game’s application data through their device settings or by uninstalling the Game. This does not necessarily delete information previously processed by third-party service providers.
Wigimaru does not operate player accounts or maintain a central database of individual players. Information transmitted by the Games is processed using the security measures provided by Google, Firebase, Unity, and other integrated service providers, including encryption in transit where supported.
Third-party service providers may process and store information in countries outside your residence (including the United States). These countries may have different data-protection frameworks. The integrated service providers are responsible for applying appropriate cross-border transfer safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.
Our Games are intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and are not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not provide player accounts, request users’ dates of birth, or knowingly collect names, email addresses, or other contact information from children.
Our Games do not independently verify a player’s age. Device settings, parental controls, platform restrictions, and consent choices may limit the information available to third-party services. We also configure our advertising and analytics services in accordance with the audience settings selected for each Game.
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., EU/EEA, California, UK), you may possess legal rights to access, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your data. Because Wigimaru does not collect names or emails, we cannot link an email request to specific game-instance data. You can exercise your rights directly by adjusting the in-game consent settings or by resetting/limiting advertising IDs via your device operating system settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our Games, SDK configurations, or legal landscape. The updated version will be hosted on this URL with a revised effective date.
